The founders based their vision on decades of success and a legion of happy clients, most of whom have referred their friends and family members. The C and D team has over 100 years of combined experience and has earned the respect of its peers and community by its commitment to creating and sustaining the distinctive homes of its clients and their ongoing referrals.

The C and D client is given top priority at all times. And, due to C and D Construction being a private company, it is able to focus on the satisfaction of the homeowner, not the stockholder.
One of the primary goals during the home-building process is to ensure that the client is provided with the most recent information available and that they have direct round the clock access to the company representative at any time. C and D works closely with the architect and the client to ensure that all questions and needs are continuously met. The company is available seven days a week and works around the client’s schedule, not the other way around.
